MAKING THE WAY – 06/10/2025

This month, we’ve been leveling up WayMaker—refining what’s already great and building toward what’s next. Our focus has been on strengthening the tools you already use, making them faster, smarter, and more tailored to what our providers really need.

We won’t spoil everything just yet (you’ll have to stay tuned for that), but let’s dive into what’s been cooking behind the scenes:


🔄 Labeled, Tracked, Delivered.


We’re now a few weeks into the full UPS integration launch, and the feedback has been amazing! If you haven’t heard the news—WayMaker now lets you handle your UPS sample shipping directly from the platform.


That means you can:

·      Print your UPS labels in the portal

·      Track packages in real time

·      See arrival and delivery confirmation

·      All in one place: your WayMaker dashboard


Just head to your Pending Results tab and check on Status. When you click the status, it will automatically pull up the UPS website with the most current tracking information for that sample—no copy/pasting tracking numbers or switching tabs needed.

If your clinic hasn’t been set up for UPS integration yet, don’t worry. Reach out to your WayMaker rep and we’ll schedule a time to drop off the necessary supplies to get you up and running.









📦 New: Schedule Pickups Inside WayMaker


As part of this integration, providers can now schedule UPS pickups directly from your dashboard!


At the top of the Client Dashboard, you'll see a new option labeled "Request a Pickup". Clicking this takes you straight to your UPS placard request page, making it easier than ever to keep sample shipments moving without delays.


If you don’t see the "Request a Pickup" as an option available in your client dashboard, reach out to your WayMaker representative to get this enabled.



🧪 Fresh Labs, More Possibilities!


We’re always excited to welcome new partners into the WayMaker family, and this month, we’re thrilled to introduce My MedEx Lab!


Based right here in sunny Jacksonville, FL, My MedEx Lab specializes in PCR testing and brings even more flexibility to our platform. We're also adding an additional option for Gastroenterology testing, giving both patients and providers more choice—so they can select the lab that best matches their insurance coverage.

If you're eager to see these new options in your portal, sit tight! Your WayMaker representative will be stopping by—or shipping—a fresh set of labels to help get your clinic set up.


And for those already using UPS integration? You’ll have access to My MedEx Lab right at launch. 🙌


 

🩺 Provider Support Report


We recently identified an issue where finalized reports were not successfully transferring into WayMaker between May 27th and May 30th. As soon as this came to light, our Operations and Technology teams jumped into action to resolve it.


All affected reports were retrieved and uploaded into WayMaker, with full access restored to clinicians as of June 2nd, 2025.


After a thorough investigation, we’ve identified the root cause of the error. Our Development team has since deployed a permanent fix to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future. We're committed to ensuring seamless access to results so providers can focus on what matters most—patient care.

🖊️ Sign, Send, Done — Digital Onboarding Is Here!


Big news for our sales reps: You can now onboard new clinics directly through the WayMaker platform—no more paper packets or juggling PDFs.


Here's how it works:

1.     Head to your Broker Dashboard

2.     Select "Sign-Ups" at the top

3.     Click on "New Client Signups"


From there, you’ll access a digital onboarding form that walks you through the clinic setup step by step. Best of all? The provider can sign directly on your tablet—making the entire process faster, cleaner, and 100% mobile-friendly.


This new feature is live now, so feel free to test it out with your next onboarding meeting. It’s one more way we're making your job smoother—and helping you close clinics faster. 🚀
